Neuralink: Back to the Future with Dr Jose Delgado’s brain stimulation experiments

Neuralink Presentation, August 2020

I have been intending to write this article ever since Elon Musk delivered his Neuralink presentation in August 2020. Certainly one of Elon’s most ambitious project, Neuralink’s goal is to implement a chip into the brain under the auspices of therapeutical treatments.

To make the case for my dystopian views, I read Dr Jose Delgado’s book, Physical Control of the Mind Toward a Psychocivilized Society, published in 1969. Delgado needs no introduction among those well-versed in the occult, as being the mad scientist and pioneer of brain-implant-based mind-control and participating in the CIA’s MK Ultra programs.
After reading his book, however, it became clear to me that Delgado embodies the evil-genius archetype with a strong charisma that is hard to ignore as he eloquently describes the most cutting-edge of science: that of deciphering the brain in an attempt to conquer the mind.

Delgado makes no illusion about the calibre of his discovery: the exploration of the mind is Science’s boldest and most ambitious conquest to embark on. His meticulous research of brain implants to remotely and electrically stimulate behaviours, as well as emotions, is as eerie as it is fascinating to read. More interestingly, the breadth of subjects included animals, particularly mammals such as rats, chimpanzees, and naturally, humans.
In order to keep this short, I will not go over the details as is usually the case in my lengthy articles. Instead, I have selected various photographs picked from the book to illustrate my point about the dangers of this type of science without ethical principles.

Last but not least, one should keep in mind that Delgado’s research presented in this book took place prior, and up to 1969, and yet, had already surpassed the complexity of Elon Musk’s Neuralink in many aspects: for one, his implants ran on the electrical activity of the body, thus bypassing the need for batteries and charging (RFID); and second, he had been able to bypass the need for implants altogether by using pulsed electromagnetic waves (PEMF). Let that sink in for a moment. This corroborates my point of Musk being at best an useful idiot for the Hidden Hand, with access to all the wizardry that is used covertly, and hidden from the public (this goes for Tesla, SpaceX, Boring Company, and Neuralink).

The bull experiment shows best how Delgado’s brain stimulation hijacks physical control.

Jian Liang’s personal account as a MKU and SRA survivor is most telling in how far advanced and ubiquitous this technology has gone, and the horrific abuses that it is used for.

The animated movie Paprika (2006) also illustrates this point most effectively.

Thank you for reading, and enjoy.

Neuralink specifications: already outdated by 60 years. Imagine what DARPA is playing with (hint: it’s in our pockets)
